DaVita is looking for an Experienced Dialysis Technician for Nocturnal coverage to serve our patients at our Middleburg Heights Dialysis Center in Middleburg Heights, OH.

Experience in Dialysis Required for Nocturnal Shifts!

What does the LPN/LVN role entail?:

• Schedule: Sun/Tues/Thurs 3:00 pm - 11:00pm or 4:00pm - 12:00am (approximate scheduling need, may vary dependent on patient census) - may have to pick up day shifts to maintain full-time hours until census grows for nocturnal program.
• Coverage would include care of approximately 10 patients total - currently we have 1 RN and 1 Dialysis Tech, looking to add another Dialysis Tech to the nocturnal team.
• Our PCTs also find DaVita professionally fulfilling. To help advance your career, we offer clear paths to higher levels of responsibility and compensation by climbing our clinical ladder.
• You must have experience in dialysis already. We can provide training if you are not experienced through DaVita specifically.

Requirements:

• You are reliable (attendance and punctuality are crucial), have a desire to help people, are looking for a career with a company you can grow with, are comfortable with the nocturnal shift, and love making a difference.
• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED from an accredited school is required
• Experience required can include: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT).
