As New Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance of the new car sales function. This role is focused on leading a high-performing team, shaping the sales approach, and helping deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand while supporting strong commercial results across the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new car sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop sales strategies to increase new vehicle volume and profitability.
• Oversee stock availability, pricing, and promotional activity for new vehicles.
• Ensure an excellent customer journey from enquiry through vehicle handover.
• Track sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience within the automotive industry, including experience managing automotive sales teams and exceeding dealership targets.
• Strong knowledge of new vehicle sales processes, automotive finance products, and automotive sales compliance requirements.
• Experience using Kerridge and Enquiry Max.
• Proven ability to analyse sales performance data and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
• Experience leading teams and managing customer relationships in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• Comfortable working with senior dealership leadership, finance and insurance partners, Mercedes-Benz brand contacts, and high-value showroom customers.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
