Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Heads of Tech/Innovation) across key industry verticals.

• Full Sales Lifecycle Management: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outbound contact to pitch, solution alignment, proposal, contract negotiation, and closure.

• Consultative Selling: Pitch complex digital transformation, software engineering, and innovation services by tailoring offerings to client business pain points.

• Pipeline & Target Achievement: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Market Networking: Represent Zühlke at industry conferences, networking events, and tech forums to position the brand as a market leader.
