Air Liquide Romania has been present in the domestic market since 1999, and is a nationally recognized gas producer and supplier of technologies, services and gases for the food and beverage industry, large industries, the automotive industry, healthcare and the environment. Air Liquide Romania has a team of nearly 80 employees serving industrial customers.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Analyze market positions, competitors' database, and trends. Assist in defining long-term objectives and development plans.
2. Execute development plans and identify new opportunities. Build contacts with customers, networks, and government agencies. Develop marketing activities and materials.
3. Understand customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions. Facilitate decision-making process and prepare project proposals. Lead negotiations and reach contractual agreements. Provide support during project execution.
4. Manage relationships with strategic/key customers. Stay updated on customer situations and improve customer experience.
5. Support Account Manager in sustaining partnerships. Resolve issues and disputes through negotiation. Ensure contract follow-up and defend AL's customer base.

Are you a MATCH?

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related.
2. 7+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry. / Proven track record in exceeding sales and busines development targets. / Leadership experience, especially in managing teams, can be a valuable asset.
3. Knowledge of the company's offerings, target markets, and competitive landscape is crucial.
