Job Description Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Brand Intern to support the day-to-day management and growth of our nail category. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, products, consumer trends, and brand building who is eager to gain hands-on experience across both product development and marketing.
As part of the Brand team, you'll support product launches, comp and nail design board requests, competitive and trend research, retail programs, and brand initiatives. You'll work closely with the Brand team and other cross-functional teams to help bring products and programs from concept through launch.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

 

Product Development & Launch Support

• Assist with product research, competitive reviews, trend identification, and development of new product ideas.
• Help coordinate product samples, prototypes, packaging, product information, and other development materials.
• Organize product assortments, comps, nail boards, and samples for internal meetings, retailer presentations, line reviews, and other business needs.

 

Project & Sample Coordination

• Maintain and organize product samples for development, meetings, presentations, shoots, and other brand needs.
• Create nail boards and help organize comp requests
• Provide general day-to-day support to help keep brand and product initiatives organized and moving forward.

 

Brand & Category Support

• Support the Brand team with day-to-day activities across the nail category.
• Support setting up internal planograms for review and tracking purposes
• Monitor nail, beauty, fashion, and cultural trends to identify emerging product and category opportunities.
• Track competitive brands, including new products, innovation, designs, packaging, pricing, claims, and retail activity.
• Conduct competitive research across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
• Assist with presentations, recaps, meeting materials, and other brand communications.

 

Marketing & Retail Support

• Assist with the development and execution of product launches, seasonal programs, retail initiatives, and brand campaigns.
• Help coordinate marketing assets and product information for retail, e-commerce, social media, PR, and other consumer touchpoints.
• Support digital and e-commerce initiatives related to new and existing products.

 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Product Development, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in beauty, nails, product development, fashion, and consumer trends.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative thinker with an interest in both product development and brand building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, e-commerce, and emerging beauty and fashion trends.
• Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship, retail, beauty, product development, or brand experience is a plus but not required.

The anticipated compensation range is

18.00 - 30.00 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
