Founded in 2021 in Osnabrück, Germany, doinstruct is on a mission to empower the backbone of our society - the frontline workforce - by making workplaces safer, more compliant, and more efficient. We don’t just improve training; we redefine how industries onboard and upskill their teams.

The problem? Outdated, inefficient training methods that fail to meet the needs of the deskless workforce - the 80% of global workers overlooked by traditional learning solutions. The role

You're early in your career and want proof, not a title, that you can sell. doinstruct sells AI-powered frontline training software into manufacturing, logistics, food and construction, and is hiring its first junior SDR for the US and Canada market it just broke into.
You'll report to Mona, the co-founder leading our North America expansion, and work side by side with Jonathan, our Founding AE NA, who has led SDR teams before and coaches you day to day. What this role asks for is hunger, fast learning and turning AI-assisted tools into real qualified meetings.

What you'll own:

• Be the tip of the spear for the sales team turning first conversations into million dollar deals

• Qualify prospects in manufacturing well enough so Jonathan can bring your leads over the finish line

• Keep the CRM accurate, so your pipeline reflects reality

• Learn from daily coaching and become better every week

• Learn the challenges of your customers in ways how the doinstruct platform can help solve them

Who you are:

• Based in, or able to relocate to New York City to work side on side with Mona in the office at least 3d/week

• A completed or nearly completed bachelor's degree, or one prior SDR/BDR stint already behind you

• Be able to work in the USA without sponsorship

• Concrete evidence you push harder than you have to: a demanding program, a job held through school, a competitive team

What success looks like:

• 3 months: Ramped up with the confidence to tackle the market and speak to customers on your own!

• 6 months: Begin to produce predictable pipeline through strategic outbound playbooks and qualified opportunities

• 12 months: Become the standard as to which future NA SDR’s strive to Achieve!
