As the MSB Digital E-Commerce Lead, you will spearhead Haleon Malaysia’s digital transformation agenda, driving growth across digital commerce, capability building, and innovation. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Marketing, and Digital, positioning Malaysia as a regional hub for best-in-class multi-channel (MC) and eCommerce practices.

Reporting to the General Manager MSB, you will lead cross-functional initiatives and partnerships to embed a digital-first mindset, accelerate omnichannel growth, and scale innovative digital solutions across the business and beyond.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale Haleon Malaysia’s eCommerce and multi-channel strategy, driving sustainable growth across key digital platforms and partners.

• Develop and execute the annual digital transformation roadmap, aligning global and regional initiatives to local business priorities

• Build and lead cross-functional eCommerce taskforces, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners.

• Drive omnichannel (O+O) strategy by leveraging shopper insights, digital trends, and channel data to optimize go-to-market execution.

• Define and track KPIs (GMV, NMV, ROI, performance metrics), translating analytics into actionable strategies for continuous improvement

• Build digital capabilities across the organisation through training, SOPs, and talent development initiatives

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using data and insights to continuously optimize execution.

• Lead digital innovation by partnering with platforms such as Google and Meta, agencies, and eRetailers to pilot and scale breakthrough initiatives.

• Oversee digital enablers including CRM, loyalty programs, performance marketing, and data infrastructure to support long-term growth.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience in eCommerce or digital commerce within FMCG/CPG or a fast-paced commercial environment

• Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes across digital channels (e.g., GMV, conversion, ROI)

• Experience leading cross-functional digital or commercial projects with high complexity and scale

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive performance and decision-making

• Hands-on experience with digital ecosystems, including marketplaces, media platforms, and performance marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external partners

• Deep understanding of multi-channel and omnichannel marketing strategies

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation and experiment with new digital solutions

• Experience building digital capabilities or leading transformation initiatives within an organisation

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex digital concepts into business impact.
