As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing and operating network infrastructures within our Cloud Operations team. This position is client-facing, allowing you to engage directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful results.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning. Your ability to analyze complex problems and anticipate client needs will be crucial in delivering quality solutions.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our IT Infrastructure Managed Services, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative cloud solutions. Your efforts will support the firm's overall business strategies, enhancing client satisfaction and driving success in a dynamic and evolving landscape.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs effectively
- Implementing cloud migration strategies using platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure
- Optimizing cloud infrastructure performance and cost efficiency through tools such as Apptio and Dynatrace APM
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to maintain seamless service delivery
- Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to align with client requirements and industry standards
- Overseeing cloud compliance and security measures to protect client data
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cloud service management and delivery
- Utilizing analytical thinking to improve cloud infrastructure optimization and performance
- Providing technical consultation and support for cloud-based service management
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and address their cloud infrastructure needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Utilizing Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Design and Optimization skills
