You’ll work cross-functionally with production, quality, suppliers, and engineering teams to investigate non-conformances, develop sound technical dispositions, and help drive timely, effective solutions.

You will also help identify opportunities for product and process improvement, support design reviews and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and represent engineering in the build and post-production environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Analyze design non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and develop engineering dispositions.

  • Research and resolve technical, operational, and quality issues that cannot be addressed through standard customer or production processes.

  • Develop interim and final engineering solutions to support safe, effective product operation.

  • Identify, document, and evaluate reported problems and deviations that may affect design intent, product integrity, or safety.

  • Communicate findings and recommend corrective actions to support timely resolution.

  • Develop and implement product and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

  • Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with Boeing standards across suppliers and build partners.

  • Develop customer correspondence and technical communications supporting continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment.

  • Participate in on-site disabled product repair teams and accident investigation or support activities as needed.

  • Analyze damage repair and structural modification requirements, including jacking and shoring to prevent collateral damage and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Design interim structural repairs and conduct simple static strength analysis.

  • Develop non-destructive test procedures, tools, and standards.

  • Support Material Review Boards (MRBs) and other technical review forums.
