About the Role

Ryt Bank is building The World’s First AI Powered Bank.

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer (AI Workflows) to help bring our products, campaigns, and brand experiences to life through motion, storytelling, and emerging AI-powered creative tools.

This role is ideal for a mid-level creative with 5–6 years of experience who enjoys transforming ideas into engaging visual experiences. You will work across animation, product storytelling, campaign content, and AI-assisted creative development to shape how Ryt Bank communicates with users.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video content across brand, marketing, and product initiatives

• Develop product storytelling assets, including app feature demonstrations, user journeys, and explainer animations

• Translate complex financial products and user flows into simple and engaging visual narratives

• Design and animate step-by-step product experiences for digital and social platforms

• Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, Growth, and Business teams

• Explore and leverage AI-powered creative tools for ideation, image generation, video generation, editing, and production workflows

• Support campaign development from concept through execution

• Produce creative assets across graphics, motion, video, and digital channels

• Ensure all creative outputs meet Ryt Bank’s quality, brand, and performance standards

• Continuously experiment with new creative technologies and workflows to improve speed and creative effectiveness

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in motion design, multimedia design, creative production, or related fields

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Familiarity with Figma and digital product design environments

• Strong understanding of animation principles, transitions, timing, and motion systems

• Ability to communicate ideas through both static and motion-based design

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in app-based, digital product, fintech, e-commerce, or technology companies

• Experience creating product walkthroughs, feature explainers, UI animations, or onboarding videos

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, Veo, or similar platforms

• Experience with AI-assisted video generation and creative production workflows

• Understanding of performance marketing, social content, and digital campaigns

• Basic knowledge of video editing, sound design, and content production
