Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:         

• Greet, serve, interact, and entertain guests courteously and in a timely manner with an upbeat attitude.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, concerns and complaints regarding beverages and correct and resolve in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Perform choreographed line dances and freestyle routines on designated platforms/stages throughout shifts to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with entertainment team and management to learn, rehearse, and execute choreographed routines.
• Uphold the brand’s image through performance, presentation, and guest interaction, embodying both hospitality and entertainment.
• Contribute creatively to the development of new dance routines and crowd engagement concepts.
• Lead and engage guests in interactive dance moments, encouraging crowd participation and maintaining high-energy atmosphere.
• Anticipate guest needs and inform guests about venues, menus, specials, pricing and directions.
• Prompt delivery of all beverages to appropriate tables and assigned work area(s).
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws.
• Participate in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, banquet service functions, marketing campaigns and advertising and performs model/presenter tasks.
• Assist in the development of promotional plans to increase business levels and sales.
• Pose for pictures as requested by management, appear in uniform or designated (logo) apparel for promotional activities at or away from venue.
• Participate and appear in marketing, publicity or media materials.
• Maintain Social platforms as indicated by management; post events, communications and participate in marketing campaigns via social media.
•  Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: – Includes but is not limited to:

• Ability to perform confidently in front of a live audience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedure.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: 

• Working knowledge of POS system (ex: Micros, UrVenue, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, beer and mixed cocktails.
• Previous experience working in a dayclub and or nightclub.
• Previous entertainment/dancer experience.
• Previous experience modeling and beverage presentation.
• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience:    

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of dance, cheerleading, performance, or entertainment experience.
• One year of customer service experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

•  
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain the following:
• Food Handler Card
• Alcohol Awareness Card
• Non-Gaming Card
