At Versent, we're helping customers transform how they work through Microsoft AI, Copilot and Modern Workplace technologies. We're looking for a Microsoft AI Workforce Specialist to help enterprise customers maximise the value of their Microsoft investments while driving adoption of Microsoft's latest AI-powered solutions.

Working within our Cloud Access team, you'll partner with customers, Microsoft, Sales and Customer Success teams to drive renewals, adoption, retention and growth across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365 and Frontline Worker solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead customer renewal conversations from initial engagement and negotiation through to successful renewal.

• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance and Partner teams to retain contracts, reduce risk and support customer growth.

• Identify opportunities to expand customer environments through upsell, cross-sell and additional Microsoft solutions.

• Play an active role within account teams to maximise customer value and long-term success.

• Maintain a rolling renewal forecast and proactively identify future licensing opportunities.

• Handle commercial discussions, negotiations, contract queries and escalations.

• Collaborate with Microsoft and strategic partners to maximise customer outcomes and renewal success.

• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

What you'll bring

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Licensing or Technology Sales.

• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, Modern Work and AI solutions.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• A customer-first mindset with a passion for technology and AI.

• Curiosity, initiative and a drive to deliver outcomes.
