The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Microsoft 365 & Productivity Applications Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Owns license management, compliance, and optimization for Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud, Foxit, and other in-scope productivity applications, including provisioning, entitlement corrections, and reclamation of unused licenses

• Serves as the primary administrator and final escalation point (L4) for the Adobe and Foxit platforms, owning escalated tickets end to end and supporting L2 and L3 team members across the broader Microsoft 365 and productivity portfolio
• Partners with Finance, Procurement, and the software license management team on usage audits, cost optimization, renewals, and budget forecasting for in-scope licenses
• Leads vendor engagement with Adobe, Foxit, and Microsoft, and coordinates with Intune and application deployment teams on packaging, user acceptance testing, and enterprise-wide releases
• Creates and maintains ServiceNow documentation, standard operating procedures, and recurring license usage and compliance reporting, while identifying automation and process improvements that reduce ticket volume and license waste

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (5+) years of experience in software license administration, IT asset management, or enterprise application support

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Two (2) years of experience administering Microsoft 365 licenses, including SKUs, entitlements, and license assignment
• Two (2) years of experience providing escalated (L3 or L4) technical support in an enterprise IT environment
• One (1) year of experience building license usage, compliance, or cost reports in Excel
• One (1) year of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation or knowledge base articles

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline from an accredited institution

• Two (2) years of experience administering the Adobe Admin Console (Creative Cloud and Document Cloud) or the Foxit Admin Console in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include license reclamation and automation using tools such as PowerShell, Power Automate, or Microsoft Graph; ServiceNow ticketing and knowledge management; software renewals, budget forecasting, and vendor management; advanced Excel and reporting; and strong documentation, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills
