Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance
- Review cases, treatment planning, documentation, and ethics
- Help supervisees build clinical confidence
- Follow Pennsylvania licensing and supervision standards
- Maintain clear supervision records and expectations
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must meet Pennsylvania requirements to provide supervision
- Prior supervision experience preferred
