Job Description

The Treasury Sales Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving client acquisition, business development, and revenue growth for the Bank's Global Markets business. The incumbent will proactively identify and acquire new-to-bank (NTB) clients, deepen relationships with existing clients, and promote a broad range of treasury and foreign exchange (FX) solutions to meet customers' hedging, investment, and transactional needs.

The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver holistic banking solutions and maximize cross-selling opportunities across the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Drive new-to-bank (NTB) client acquisition across SME, Commercial, and Corporate segments with treasury and foreign exchange needs.
• Develop business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, client visits, and market engagement activities.
• Promote treasury and Global Markets solutions, including FX, FX hedging, structured products, and investment solutions.
• Understand clients' business and risk management needs to recommend suitable treasury solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and market updates to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Global Markets specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored client solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Keep abreast of market trends and economic developments to provide value-added insights to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client onboarding processes.
• Achieve treasury sales, client acquisition, revenue, and product penetration targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or revenue-generating roles.
• Proven track record in winning new business and acquiring clients.
• Strong hunter mindset with excellent prospecting, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a performance-based environment.
• Candidates from banking and non-banking industries are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in B2B sales, financial services, fintech, insurance, trade-related industries, or corporate solutions sales will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn treasury products, foreign exchange solutions, and financial markets.
• Successful candidates must obtain the Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia Certificate (PKMC) within the probation period or within the timeline prescribed by the Bank.
