Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction.

• Conduct personalized site tours for potential members, showcasing club features and benefits.

• Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and engagement activities.

• Promote club services to new and prospective members to grow profit centers.

• Support membership retention efforts by fostering strong member engagement and relationships.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operations.

Qualifications:

• At least one year in a customer service role.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable.
• Strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished phone manner.
• Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15 - $25/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
