Role Description

As a Welcome Coordinator (Medical Receptionist), you are the face of our clinic and the glue that keeps our center operations efficient. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will create an inclusive, high-touch environment for patients and guests, making a positive first and last impression. You will manage daily administrative tasks—such as scheduling, call routing, and intake—that allow our clinical team to deliver top-tier patient care.
 

Core Responsibilities

• Patient Experience: Warmly greet patients and guests; manage check-in procedures and assist with required intake forms.
• Administrative Operations: Collect co-pays, update patient records in the EMR platform, and manage fax and mail distribution.
• Scheduling & Calls: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, take accurate messages, and schedule or reschedule appointments in the EMR system.
• Clinic Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Welcome and Community Room areas.
• Flexibility: Occasionally float to other regional centers as needed, along with performing other duties as assigned.
   

Qualifications
 

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current front desk or receptionist experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Valid US work authorization.
   

Strongly Preferred:

• Some college coursework.
• Multilingual skills (Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other local community languages).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
