About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Legal Review (MLR) Analyst to support the review, packaging, and submission of marketing assets within a regulated environment. This role combines creative production knowledge with technical content management expertise, enabling seamless execution of promotional review processes and final asset submissions.

As part of a global team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of marketing materials while driving operational efficiency across the production workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Review & Packaging

• Perform quality control checks to ensure all required assets and components are included before review.
• Prepare and package marketing materials and supporting documentation for promotional review.
• Create and maintain submission templates for review and approval processes.

Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) Submission

• Prepare and upload approved assets into Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Manage asset metadata, claims linking, components, annotations, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate and create handoff packages for external partners when required.

Workflow & Process Management

• Manage assigned assets within JIRA and/or Workfront workflows.
• Maintain accurate status updates and ensure timely communication throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global teams in a Follow-the-Sun operating model.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team best practices.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding submission status and project progress.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Basic experience working with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, Drupal, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with, or strong aptitude for learning, content management systems such as Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar platforms.
• Experience in digital design and production, including assets such as email campaigns, banners, social media, and print materials.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Acrobat and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Minimum required education: High School Diploma.
