Reporting to Executive Medical Leadership, the Medical Director, UAE will lead Prenuvo's clinical operations in Dubai while maintaining an active clinical practice. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, supporting physician excellence, driving quality initiatives, and representing Prenuvo within the UAE healthcare community.
Unlike a traditional Medical Director role, this position combines clinical leadership, radiology expertise, operational partnership, physician mentorship, and patient engagement. The successful candidate will help shape Prenuvo's model of preventative healthcare while serving as a trusted clinical leader for both patients and physicians.

What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership
- Lead the clinical strategy and medical operations for Prenuvo Radiology UAE.
- Maintain an active clinical workload (up to 50%) through whole-body MRI interpretation and patient imaging report review.
- Support complex case reviews and provide second opinions when required.
- Act as the senior clinical resource for physicians, radiologists, and clinic teams.
- Work closely with the global clinical leadership team to uphold Prenuvo's global clinical standards.
Quality & Physician Excellence
- Lead clinical quality assurance initiatives, including peer review, discrepancy audits, and continuous improvement programs.
- Coach and mentor radiologists and partner physicians through ongoing education and performance feedback.
- Support physician onboarding, credentialing, and professional development.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and patient-first care.
Patient Experience
- Manage complex patient cases, escalations, and clinical complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure a consistently exceptional patient experience aligned with Prenuvo's premium care model.
- Build trust with patients by providing clear, compassionate communication throughout their care journey.
Market & Business Leadership
- Serve as Prenuvo's clinical representative within the UAE healthcare community.
- Build relationships with referring physicians, healthcare partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Provide insight into local healthcare trends, physician recruitment, and market opportunities.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Quality, and Commercial teams to optimise clinical workflows and scale the business.
Clinical Innovation
- Support the implementation of AI-enabled workflows and advancements in preventative imaging.
- Standardise reporting, clinical pathways, and best practices across the UAE clinic.
- Champion innovation while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical governance.
What You’ll Bring
- Medical degree with specialist certification in Radiology.
- Active Dubai Health Authority (DHA) medical license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing within the UAE healthcare system.
- Internationally trained physician (preference for medical degree and Radiology training to be completed from UK, Australia, United States or internationally recognised European healthcare system)
- Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and clinical governance.
- Proven experience interpreting MRI studies in a high-quality diagnostic imaging environment.
Leadership Experience
- Prior experience leading physicians or multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Demonstrated success driving quality improvement and physician development.
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage complex patient situations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience leading a private for-profit clinical enterprise.
- Prior experience implementing novel clinical technology and services ahead of consensus.
