You Will

• Own the coordination of campaign timelines and provide day-to-day operational support to the investment team throughout campaign activation, including actualization, billing validation and vendor invoice reconciliation.
• Manage campaign setup, buy entry and ongoing maintenance across relevant media systems, ensuring all activity aligns with client-approved budgets, Media Authorization Forms (MAFs) and agreed buying parameters.
• Review campaign and billing inputs for accuracy, identify discrepancies and work proactively with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with investment, account, finance and operations teams to provide accurate campaign status updates, billing forecasts and reconciliation information.
• Support the end-to-end media billing process, including invoice tracking, accruals, actualization and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for campaign and billing activity, ensuring processes comply with internal controls and client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality and support automation initiatives that increase efficiency across client and campaign deliverables.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for billing-related queries, escalating risks and exceptions appropriately and communicating their potential impact on campaign delivery or financial accuracy.

You Have

• A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, marketing, media or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in media investment, media operations, billing, accounting, finance or a related environment; experience within a media agency is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, media billing processes, reconciliations, accruals and foreign currency transactions.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, media buying workflows and the relationship between media authorizations, approved budgets, buys and vendor invoices.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work confidently with formulas, lookups, pivot tables and large data sets; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Word.
• Experience using Mediaocean is required, preferably with exposure to Prisma or other media planning, buying, trafficking or financial management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Strong decision-making and judgment, with the ability to assess issues, determine appropriate next steps and escalate when required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling financial, campaign and billing data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate across internal teams and communicate effectively with vendors.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of responsibilities and exercising sound judgment.
