We are seeking a talented individual to join our Change and Tech Adoption team at Marsh. This role will be based in Cluj, Romania. In this role, you will be an integral part of our global Change and Adoption team, driving the creation and adoption of engaging media content and digital experiences that support stakeholder communication, colleague engagement, and technology adoption across the business.

We will count on you to:

• Create engaging media assets and digital content that support internal communications, colleague engagement, and technology adoption campaigns.
• Design and develop user-friendly digital materials, including short-form videos, motion graphics, visual guides, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes where relevant.
• Use leading-edge media tools and AI-enabled solutions to deliver compelling content for an optimal colleague experience.
• Gather and interpret stakeholder needs and translate them into effective visual and media outputs, facilitating content workshops and visualization sessions when needed.
• Demonstrate key features and solutions to colleagues in a clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate format.
• Track and report on content and project portfolios, including usage, engagement, and adoption metrics for media assets and digital campaigns.

What you need to have:

• Between 2-4 years of proven experience creating engaging content and drafting presentations, whether in an academic, corporate, or media-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Teams, plus familiarity with corporate collaboration tools such as Zoom.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects), Figma, Sketch or equivalent media tools.
• A passion for media, technology, and AI solutions.
• Fluency in both Romanian and English.
• Strong team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-country and cross-functional teams.

What makes you stand out:

•  A strong background in graphic design, video editing, motion design, or multimedia production.
• Prior experience in process mapping, project management, or digital campaign coordination.
• A visual portfolio showcasing your recent work, creative projects and how you’ve approached them.
