• Lead and manage maintenance technicians, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring team members are trained and motivated
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance costs
• Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols to create a safe work environment for employees and prevent accidents
• Manage budgets, materials, and resources effectively to meet maintenance goals within allocated resources
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance, maintenance metrics, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance efficiency and reliability

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma
• 3+ years of experience in industrial environment with knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance procedures for industrial equipment and machinery
• Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
