What would you do? • You own Conversational Business Insights, the natural-language interface that answers questions about the numbers from the governed metric layer. It is the second of the two AI experience surfaces and comes in at MVP. • A user asks a question in plain language; your capability resolves it against the governed metrics, has the deterministic engine compute the answer, and returns a grounded, cited response in words. • As with the whole platform, the model interprets and phrases, it does not calculate, and the governed core owns every figure.
What are we looking for? • Hands-on GenAI and LLM engineering experience through to production • Python • NLP, RAG, embeddings and vector databases (pgvector) • Agentic orchestration • API development with FastAPI or Django • Natural-language interfaces over governed, structured metrics
Roles and Responsibilities: • Own Conversational Business Insights end to end from MVP onward • Build the natural-language layer that maps user questions to governed metrics and returns grounded answers • Route every computation to the deterministic engine; keep the model to interpretation and phrasing • Ground and cite answers against the metric registry and metadata catalog so responses are traceable • Direct the Conversational Business Insights developer and review the work • Share prompt and grounding patterns with the Generation Studio lead and align with the design authority
