What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage the Corporate Banking business portfolio within the Wholesale Banking Group.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business KPIs through effective management of existing client relationships and selective acquisition of new clients.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the Bank's overall objectives and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and maximize wallet share through cross-selling of the Bank's full suite of products and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.

• Ensure sound credit underwriting practices and adherence to approved credit terms and conditions.

• Monitor portfolio quality and proactively manage risk exposures, promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible banking practices.

• Build a high-performing and collaborative team culture focused on client excellence and business results.

 What we are looking for:

• Minimum 18 years of corporate banking experience, with significant leadership and people management responsibilities.
• Strong track record in corporate lending, relationship management, and business development.
• Extensive experience in credit assessment, portfolio management, and risk governance.

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong credit analysis and structuring expertise.
• Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
