As a Maximo Developer - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services. You will analyze client needs, implement Maximo software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting practice, specializing in Maximo applications. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use challenges as opportunities for growth, all while contributing to the broader objectives of your projects.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the analysis and implementation of Maximo software solutions to enhance client operational efficiency
- Supporting client training and integration processes for seamless utilization of Maximo applications
- Collaborating with teams to develop and maintain Maximo application integrations and middleware architecture
- Engaging in project management tasks to facilitate the successful deployment of Maximo solutions
- Utilizing IBM Maximo Asset Management to optimize asset management and operational workflows
- Participating in the development of Maximo functional and technical architecture to meet client needs
- Applying emerging technologies and solution architecture to improve client service delivery
- Contributing to the modernization of field service and operations through innovative Maximo consulting practices
- Leveraging intellectual curiosity to explore new methodologies and tools for Maximo development
- Providing client support by actively listening and responding to feedback to enhance service quality

What You Must Have

- At least 2 - 5 years of experience

Working knowledge of IBM Maximo 7.6.x or IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Integration Framework: understanding of Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, Cron Tasks, and Escalations
