As a Maximo Developer - Associate, you will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will specialize in Maximo applications, assisting clients in analyzing needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to enhance the integration and utilization of Maximo software. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in achieving their strategic objectives through tailored Maximo solutions. You will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

- Assisting in the analysis and implementation of Maximo software solutions to enhance client operational efficiency
- Supporting client training and integration processes for seamless utilization of Maximo applications
- Collaborating with teams to develop and maintain Maximo application integrations and middleware architecture
- Engaging in project management tasks to facilitate the successful deployment of Maximo solutions
- Utilizing IBM Maximo Asset Management to optimize asset management and operational workflows
- Participating in the development of Maximo functional and technical architecture to meet client needs
- Applying emerging technologies and solution architecture to improve client service delivery
- Contributing to the modernization of field service and operations through innovative Maximo consulting practices
- Leveraging intellectual curiosity to explore new methodologies and tools for Maximo development
- Providing client support by actively listening and responding to feedback to enhance service quality

What You Must Have

- At least 2 - 5 years of experience

Working knowledge of IBM Maximo 7.6.x or IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Integration Framework: understanding of Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, Cron Tasks, and Escalations
