Materials Planning Associate II

Whether you're supporting warehouse operations, production, inventory management, logistics, or global supply chain initiatives, you'll collaborate with teams across the business to solve complex challenges, improve operations, and deliver technology where it's needed most.
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex customer demand—lower dollar value and/or lower part count.
Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Tools would include backlog matching, shortage reports and the Arrow flex reports with minimum customer interaction.
Prepare Arrow generated forecasts for e-compass. Upload and manage the exceptions generated from the e-compass processing.
Review demantra parameters and make recommendations/changes to ensure achievement of company inventory turns goals.
Prepare both Arrow generated and customer supplied forecast uploads to demantra and manage the exceptions generated from the demantra processing. Resolve any upload and/or output issues from demantra
Maintain manual bonds to assure interrupted availability of inventory.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Planning area (2+ year).
Strong analytical abilities.
Experience with customer facing activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.
Oracle and Power BI experience (desirable).
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
