Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Analyze build plans against inventory and supply chain data to determine material demand, generate MRP requirements, and provide forecasts to suppliers.
Monitor and control material availability to support on-time product builds.
Drive material flow from strategic forecasting through tool shipment.
Plan production orders for Manufacturing, considering product demand, material availability, and production capacity.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.
Analyze supply and demand trends (internal and external) and generate reports to support business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; alternatively, a B.A. with at least 2 years of planning experience.
High proficiency in English.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and capable of independently driving challenging tasks to completion.
