What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.

• Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.

• Identify and solve moderately routine problems.

• Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.

• Utilize a range of equipment including forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks, and perform necessary area cleaning tasks according to prescribed procedures.

• Communicate effectively up and down the Chain of Command, maintain acceptable attendance, and lead quick and efficient changeovers to minimize room downtime.

• Maintain direct interaction with all relevant departments, such as production, finance, external vendors, contractors, and quality assurance, and facilitate an environment of continuous improvement with all team members.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume

• Experience operating a Stand up and Reach forklift

• Ability to work unsupervised, be an efficient leader and team player

• Able to adapt to changing environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Sanitation in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing plant with blending experience

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software

• Experience in inventory control and logistics

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning

• Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity

  
 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

·  Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 30 pounds on a routine basis.

·  Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the work shift.

·  Ability to safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, powered industrial vehicles, and transfer trucks.

·  Ability to perform repetitive physical activities associated with receiving, storage, staging, inventory management, and shipping operations.

·  Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and in active warehouse and production environments.

·  Ability to perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material verification activities requiring basic mathematical calculations and attention to detail. Supported by Material Handler responsibilities involving cycle counts, SAP transactions, and inventory verification.

·  Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including ambient warehouse temperatures, refrigerated areas (2-8°C), and freezer environments (-20°C) as required.

The salary for this position ranges from $18.99 to $31.65 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
