  • Review and resolve shortages, blocked work orders, and inventory discrepancies affecting order flow.
  • Partner with procurement to expedite critical purchased parts and confirm supplier commitments.
  • Work with warehouse and inventory control teams to resolve material location and transaction issues.
  • Support production teams by improving handoffs between upstream and downstream operations.
  • Participate in daily reviews of shortages, bottlenecks, and backlog recovery priorities.
  • Escalate unresolved material or flow constraints that threaten customer delivery.
  • Maintain accurate status tracking for critical orders, shortages, and recovery actions.
  • Identify recurring causes of backlog, material disruption, and inter-operation delay and support corrective actions.
  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen continuous flow and reduce avoidable downtime.

The Person

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, materials coordination, production control, planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working in an ERP/MRP-driven manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of material flow, inventory control, and production support processes.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and sites in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
