At Shimano, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Trainee to support the execution of marketing and commercial initiatives across our brands and sales channels. Working closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams, you will assist in a variety of activities aimed at supporting customer engagement, business growth and brand visibility. This is a dynamic role offering broad exposure to B2B marketing, commercial planning and business analysis. Alongside the execution of marketing initiatives, you will work with sales and market data to support decision-making and help identify opportunities across channels and brands.

The Challenge

• Preparing, updating and analyzing sales performance reports, market data and business insights to support marketing and commercial decision-making.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and helping identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across sales channels and brands.
• Assisting in the creation, adaptation and update of marketing and sales materials such as presentations, catalogues, product information, campaign assets and other communication tools.
• Providing day-to-day support for marketing initiatives, product launches and commercial activities across Shimano's brands.
• Supporting the planning and execution of B2B marketing activities, including newsletters, promotional campaigns and digital communications through our e-commerce platform.

What are we looking for?

• You are enrolled in, or recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• You have a genuine passion for cycling and a strong interest in the bicycle industry, its products and market trends.
• You have strong analytical skills, enjoy working with data and are able to transform insights into actionable recommendations.
• You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and are comfortable working with reports, data analysis and performance tracking.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn, with strong communication skills in both Italian and English.
