Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:

Our Pharma and Consumer Health (PCH) Marketing and Strategy team is responsible for shaping the PCH Segment’s Strategic Plan alongside Business Leaders, business insight, market intelligence, product and marketing initiatives, and managing customer-facing events.

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing programs across Catalent's Self-Care portfolio, including Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS), Wellness, Beauty, and Over the Counter (OTC) categories. This role helps drive brand awareness, lead generation, and commercial effectiveness through coordinated marketing initiatives, content development, events, and sales enablement activities.

The position partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Portfolio, Innovation, and Corporate Marketing teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused marketing programs aligned to Self-Care strategic priorities. The role reports to the Head of Marketing & Strategy, Pharma & Consumer Health.

The Role:

Marketing Execution & Campaign Support

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, webinars, paid media, trade shows, and customer events aligned to Self-Care priorities.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications to ensure consistent and timely execution.
• Contribute to foundational marketing activities including market monitoring, marketing planning support, Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, and campaign positioning development.

Content & Digital Marketing

• Coordinate development and execution of marketing content including case studies, presentations, capability materials, webinars, customer success stories, and digital assets.
• Partner with subject matter experts and Corporate Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing messaging.
• Support execution of website updates, landing pages, campaign assets, and digital marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Events & Sales Enablement

• Coordinate development and execution of marketing content including case studies, presentations, capability materials, webinars, customer success stories, and digital assets.
• Partner with subject matter experts and Corporate Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing messaging.
• Support execution of website updates, landing pages, campaign assets, and digital marketing activities.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience within consumer health, nutraceuticals, OTC or CDMO industries.
• Ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into compelling marketing outputs across multiple channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical approach with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
