Role Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist in ID, you'll drive user adoption of Search and AI features by bridging global innovation and local needs. Combining analytics and storytelling, you'll own campaigns, research user behaviour, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimise engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Role: 

• Develop an insight-led Search marketing plan for the Indonesian market, identifying and prioritising key growth opportunities and feature rollouts for Search, Assistant, and AI-enabled search experiences.
• Lead the launch and execution of targeted Search feature campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring all initiatives drive core user adoption and engagement metrics.
• Conduct deep research into Search user behaviour, query intent trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic product and marketing decisions.
• Apply advanced Search analytics, statistical analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing) to evaluate search feature performance, user retention, and campaign impact.
• Use SQL to analyse large search datasets and user interaction patterns, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for product and marketing partners.
• Collaborate closely with product, comms, regional, and in-country teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities by developing creative and non-traditional solutions for complex, undefined problems.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or communications, with a proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
• Deep expertise in Search products, digital marketing, and performance marketing for high-growth tech products.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, combined with solid project management skills and the ability to lead projects independently.
• Proven track record in Search analytics, statistical analysis, user funnel analysis, and controlled experimentation (A/B testing).
• Proficiency in SQL to query large search interaction datasets and uncover key insights into Search user behavior.
• Exceptional adaptability, strong teamwork skills, dedication, and a positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, technology work environment and navigate ambiguity in a complex matrix organisation.

• Exceptional verbal and written English, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication and presentation skills
