Job Description Summary

As a member of the Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in the Americas, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing property marketing initiatives for Brokerage Teams and Investor Clients.
This role serves as a flexible national resource, providing marketing support where it is needed most across the Property Marketing COE. Assignments may include supporting markets experiencing increased volume, providing temporary coverage, assisting with high-priority or complex projects, and supporting initiatives that span multiple markets or regions.

Working in partnership with Brokerage Teams, Graphic Design, Content, Web/Video, and other marketing partners, the Marketing Specialist serves as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned property marketing projects and helps translate property positioning, business objectives, and client needs into thoughtful, integrated marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating projects from kickoff through final delivery, developing marketing recommendations, managing timelines and stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and consistently across appropriate marketing channels.

This role is especially well suited for someone who is highly adaptable, can quickly learn new markets and assignments, and is comfortable shifting between teams, priorities, and projects based on the evolving needs of a national organization

 

 

Job Description

Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Manage the development and execution of property marketing initiatives from project kickoff through final delivery.
  • Partner with Brokerage Teams and Property Marketing COE partners to understand the property, target audiences, key differentiators, business objectives, and overall marketing needs.
  • Help develop property marketing strategies and recommend appropriate marketing tactics and deliverables based on project objectives.
  • Coordinate the development of integrated property marketing campaigns across print and digital channels, including property branding, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, websites, digital advertising, social media, signage, events, marketing centers, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Content, Graphic Design, Web/Video, and other marketing resources to translate approved strategy, positioning, messaging, and creative direction into cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Provide clear and complete project direction to cross-functional partners to support efficient project execution.
  • Understand available Property Marketing COE capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions based on the needs and objectives of each assignment.
  • Ensure marketing deliverables align with the approved property strategy, project objectives, and established Cushman & Wakefield and property brand standards.
  • Review marketing materials throughout development to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across campaign components.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and final delivery of all project assets and deliverables.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing point of contact for Brokerage and Leasing Teams across the country.
  • Lead project kickoffs, status calls, and other meetings with Brokerage Teams and internal partners as appropriate.
  • Gather critical project information, assets, objectives, and requirements necessary to successfully initiate and execute assignments.
  • Establish project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables and clearly communicate expectations to project participants.
  • Manage project workflow and coordinate cross-functional resources to maintain an efficient and effective production schedule.
  • Maintain regular communication with Brokerage Teams regarding project status, upcoming milestones, outstanding needs, and potential challenges.
  • Manage feedback and revision cycles, ensuring clear and consolidated direction is communicated to project partners.
  • Make minor updates and revisions to marketing materials when appropriate to support efficient project delivery.
  • Proactively identify project risks, missing information, changing scope, or timeline challenges and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Escalate significant project, client, workload, or timeline challenges to the Marketing Manager when necessary.
  • Ensure projects follow established Property Marketing COE workflows, processes, and service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate project information within established project management, collaboration, and tracking platforms.

Client Service & Team Contribution

  • Build strong working relationships with Brokerage Teams and internal marketing partners by providing responsive, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented support.
  • Serve in a client-facing capacity for appropriate assignments, participating in planning, strategy, and project status meetings as needed.
  • Develop an understanding of Brokerage Team and Investor Client objectives and use that knowledge to provide relevant marketing recommendations.
  • Manage expectations and communicate clearly when project scope, timing, resources, or other factors may impact delivery.
  • Provide a high level of internal and external client service while balancing project needs with established COE processes and capabilities.
  • Partner collaboratively with other Marketing Specialists and Property Marketing COE team members to share resources, information, and best practices.
  • Stay current on property marketing trends, available marketing channels, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Seek feedback and development opportunities to continue strengthening marketing strategy, project management, communication, and commercial real estate knowledge.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Coordinate campaign tracking and reporting for applicable marketing initiatives.
  • Review available campaign performance metrics across email, website, digital advertising, and other marketing channels.
  • Share relevant campaign results with Brokerage Teams and stakeholders.
  • Use available data and campaign insights to identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
  • Help ensure appropriate campaign tracking and measurement practices are incorporated into marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing, project management, account management, or related professional experience.
  • Commercial Real Estate, architecture, commercial construction, professional services, or agency marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initial kickoff through final delivery.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead project meetings and communicate effectively with Brokerage Teams, clients, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and determine when escalation is appropriate.
  • Working knowledge of integrated marketing channels, including print, email, websites, digital advertising, social media, presentations, and other marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms and marketing technology preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned projects, and make sound decisions while seeking guidance when appropriate.
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Proven commitment to providing excellent internal and external client service.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-volume environment while maintaining a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 63,750.00 - $75,000.00
