What You Will Do 

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team as the dedicated Marketing Operations partner. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing leadership to design scalable processes, optimize campaign operations, and translate business strategy into operational execution.

As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will serve as the dedicated Marketing Operations partner, working closely with Marketing leadership, GTM Systems, and other Revenue Operations functions to design scalable processes, optimize campaign operations, and ensure our marketing technology, data, and reporting support the company's continued growth.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner for the Marketing organization.
• Participate early in planning for new marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts before execution.
• Own campaign operations governance, prioritization, and delivery oversight.
• Oversee campaign execution across email, webinars, forms, landing pages, and lifecycle programs.
• Ensure marketing campaigns comply with applicable privacy regulations, consent requirements, and email marketing best practices.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM Systems to improve automation, lead management, and marketing processes.

You will be great for this position if you have  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience.
• Experience partnering directly with Marketing leadership.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Experience with campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, and lead management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global marketing organizations
• Experience with reporting and marketing analytics
• Knowledge of marketing compliance and data governance
• Experience leading process improvement or change management initiatives
