🚀 We're at a key inflection point in our growth, and our marketing engine is scaling fast. We're looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to be the hands-on builder behind our campaigns. This is the person who turns marketing ideas into flawlessly executed programs in Marketo and Salesforce. This is a high-impact role for someone early in their marketing ops career who wants to own real systems, ship constantly, and grow into a deep automation expert on a small, fast-moving team.

In this role, you'll join a lean Marketing Operations function and work side by side with our senior MOps lead, taking ownership of the day-to-day campaign build and QA work that keeps our demand engine running. ✅ As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you'll get to:

• Build and launch marketing programs in Marketo end to end. This includes building emails, landing pages, forms, smart lists, nurture streams, and batch and trigger campaigns.

• Manage our event and webinar operations, including Marketo ↔ 3rd Party integrations, registration and attendance sync, confirmation flows, and webhook-driven program steps

• Keep our data clean: monitor and maintain data quality and hygiene across Marketo and Salesforce, and troubleshoot sync issues between the two

• Support lead lifecycle and routing operations and help refine alerting so the right owner is notified at the right time.

• Run our campaign intake and delivery process through Jira: take in requests, keep trackers and launch checklists current, and communicate status back to stakeholders

• Build and maintain reporting on campaign performance and surface insights and optimization recommendations

• Maintain reusable templates and documented processes that make the whole team faster and more accurate

🎯 What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or a similar B2B marketing role

• Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in a marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred)

• Working familiarity with Salesforce. Comfortable building campaigns, reporting, and an understanding of how leads and data flow between MAP and CRM

• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine enjoyment of getting the mechanics right

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• A data-driven, process-oriented mindset. You like measuring what you ship and improving it

• Clear, proactive communicator who can partner across demand gen, events, content, and sales

• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you're excited to learn quickly and take ownership

🤩 Bonus points for:

• Experience as a Marketo Administrator in a prior role

• Experience building reports and working with marketing data

• Comfortability using AI tools to automate manual tasks and move faster

• Experience marketing to technical audiences (developer tools, data, or infrastructure)

💰 Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000–$95,000, plus equity and benefits. Final offer will depend on experience, skills, and location.
