Job Title: Marketing Manager, Turkey

About the opportunity：

Join Ascensia Diabetes Care as Marketing Manager for Turkey, supporting our BGM business and working at the heart of the local market. You will partner closely with the sales team, build engagement with KOLs and professional associations, bring regional and global marketing initiatives to life in Turkey, and contribute to selected regional projects. This is a great opportunity for a marketer who enjoys being close to customers, turning ideas into action, and growing their exposure across an international marketing organization.

Location : Istanbul, Turkey | Hybrid with regular travel across Turkey

What you will be doing

• Develop the country marketing plans for Turkey by working with the commercial team to deliver on priorities, leveraging market opportunities and support achievement of business objectives at a regional and country level.
• Support the development and execution of marketing activities to increase awareness and use of Ascensia brands among healthcare professionals, nurses, pharmacists, and patients.
• Manage product launches locally and support product lifecycle activities in collaboration with sales, regulatory, and other cross-functional teams.·    Work closely with colleagues across global, regional, and local teams to support regional or global marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local events/congresses and symposia with key customers in Turkey and partner with key associations, leveraging opportunities.
• Support product training sessions and help provide ongoing learning opportunities for sales teams to build understanding of key product benefits. Gather feedback from sales teams and help identify opportunities to improve training materials, tools, and ways of working.
• Track performance of all marketing activities and provide monthly Marketing reports.
• Provide support on other activities as needed, including managing the P&I budget for Turkey,  tracking development of customer insights, communications to customers, etc.
• Support the execution of few regional marketing projects by coordinating activities, managing project timelines, collecting country feedback, and facilitating communication between regional and local stakeholders.

What you need for success

• Around 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, OTC or a related commercial environment.
• Experience turning marketing plans into action, such as campaigns, events, KOL engagement, customer activation or sales-focused initiatives.
• Solid written and spoken English and Turkish, enabling you to work confidently with both local and international stakeholders.
• Experience partnering closely with sales teams and customers, together with a willingness to travel regularly within Turkey.
• A track record of independently coordinating marketing activities and driving initiatives forward across multiple stakeholders.
