About this role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager in Slovakia to join our team in the Bratislava office. The ideal candidate will play an important role in shaping and executing our B2C marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs, and delivers content and campaigns that drive JET / Bistro.sk brand visibility and success. 

You’ll be at the heart of all our marketing initiatives in Slovakia, focusing those targeted at end-consumers (B2C), and you’ll help shape campaigns that are fresh, bold, and tailored to the market. You’ll receive the support you need to grow while also having the freedom to make an impact, take ownership of your projects, and develop your skills.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Bratislava office & 2 days working from home. Reporting to: Head of Marketing Slovakia

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Strategy and Planning:

B2C:

• Lead the development and execution of the local  Customer marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with both global and local objectives.
• Manage the local marketing calendar, tailoring global campaigns and activations to ensure high relevance in the local market.
• Create and develop local promotional campaigns with focus on Digital Marketing
• Play a supportive role in developing and delivering marketing plans and executing campaigns that target the Slovak consumer.

Campaign Execution and Management:

B2C:

• Collaborate with Global teams in ou Global HQ in Amsterdam,and Local teams: the sales team to create trade promotions that cater to the needs of consumers.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization:
• Track local performance against agreed KPIs and health metrics, optimising campaigns based on insights and sharing best practices.
• Analyse local market and partner opportunities, advocating for necessary adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Create and supervise all Consumer targeted campaigns within CRM, Digital, Performance Marketing including SoMe, influencers and Sponsorship campaigns

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a MM business partner and connector both globally and locally (B2B, Sales, CS, and Logistics), delivering effective and sustainable commercial strategies.
• Own and manage the local B2C budget, including planning, utilisation, and tracking of B2C voucher budgets, with global alignment on local needs.
