Marketing Manager Consumer Tissue East

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager Consumer Tissue Region East. In this role you are responsible for the Consumer Tissue Marketing work and team across Region East.

You report into the Regional Marketing Director NEUMA and work in close collaboration with the commercial organization, the global category and related local and global functions like customer marketing, sales, product development, etc. to create strong commercial plans to drive company sales growth and reach overall Essity targets.

What You Will Do

• Drive marketing for the Consumer Tissue category within Region East
• Support the Regional Marketing Director NEUMA in representing Region East on Global level and work in close collaboration with the Commercial Directors in East
• Participate and/or lead regional East European projects
• Develop, manage and implement brand strategies, marketing plans and activities in line with Global Category guidelines
• Manage assigned A&P budget in alignment with Regional Marketing Director and within regional priorities
• Develop and/or adapt brand marketing communication material across channels and products to local requirements and secure efficient and effective communication for each market activity
• Oversee regional product launch process (incl. feedback) according to agreed plans and within assigned budget
• Oversee regional the development and/or implementation of promotions and corresponding support materials in collaboration with other functions and stakeholders
• Ensure that own team and other functions have right market/brand/product and/or service knowledge (incl. delivering of trainings)
• Lead, direct and develop your own Consumer Tissue team (Region East)

Who you are

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
• 10+ years’ work experience in a senior Marketing role in branded Top FMCG Marketing with relevant experience in managing multiple brands across geographies
• Very strongly experienced in leading direct and indirect teams, across countries and multiple locations and team-oriented way of working
• Strong strategic thinker with proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that deliver results to the business via collaboration in a matrix organization
• Outstanding brand development and Marketing mix skills (including strong digital experience)
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to various stakeholders, knowing what is relevant and being able to provide it in an understandable way
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Strong willingness to travel
