Where You'll Make a Difference

• Create eye-catching marketing materials within IFF brand guidelines using approved templates, including labels, posters, menus, tasting sheets, and presentations.
• Analyze market and project-related data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Capture, monitor, and communicate food, beverage, and flavor trends across the organization.
• Purchase and organize Dutch market samples for global colleagues and project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Insights, to support exceptional customer experiences.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating business-to-business (B2B) events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including logistics, collateral preparation, and on-site support.
• Support the marketing team with content creation, presentations, and project coordination activities.
• Stay informed about industry developments, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and develop within a business-to-business marketing environment.
• Genuine interest in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in visual design and content presentation.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within an international team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Availability for a full-time internship of 6 months starting November 1, 2026.
