By joining the AT&T Marketing Excellence Program – Internship Experience, you will gain direct exposure to the Marketing & Growth Organization through an immersive summer assignment, meaningful business contributions, and direct connection with program leaders, supervisors, mentors, and peers. This 8–10 week experience is designed to build marketing capability and serve as a primary pipeline into future full-time Marketing Excellence Program opportunities. 

What you’ll do: 

• Hands-on experience solving a real business challenge in a complex marketing organization. 
• Exposure to AT&T’s marketing disciplines, customer priorities, operating model, and leadership expectations. 
• Development programming focused on leadership, communication, storytelling, professional presence, and business acumen. 
• Mentorship and networking with MEP participants, alumni, supervisors, and senior leaders. 
• Opportunity to demonstrate readiness for future full-time MEP consideration. 

What you’ll bring 

• Curious graduate student with strong interest in marketing, strategy, analytics, research, or customer experience.

What you’ll need: 

• Currently enrolled in a Masters/MBA program with anticipated graduation by June 2028, preferably in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Social Sciences, Fine Arts, or a related field. 
• Relevant full-time professional experience in marketing, business, consulting, agency, analytics, product, research, communications, or related fields preferred. 
• Interest in marketing strategy, customer insights, analytics, brand, product, digital, or business transformation. 
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and convert data or observations into actionable recommendations. 
• Demonstrated leadership, project ownership, communication, collaboration, and learning agility.

Our Marketing Excellence Program – Internship Experience participants earn between $70,700 -  $106,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
