This position reports to:

Local Division Manager, MOIM, LSU Manager, MOHP, Lead Division Manager Motion Sweden

This is your chance to own the full marketing and communications agenda for two of ABB Motion's divisions across Sweden and Norway. You'll have real influence, real responsibility, and a direct seat at the leadership table. If you thrive where strategy meets execution, this role was built for you.

Your role and responsibilities

Develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy, roadmap and annual activity plan to support business growth
Define communication priorities and manage the budget for maximum business impact
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on communication, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement
Plan, execute and follow up on integrated campaigns and product launches in close collaboration with the sales organization
Create and distribute external content — customer cases, articles, press material and leadership communications
Manage digital channels and social media to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement
Plan and deliver customer events, trade fairs and market presence activities
Lead and develop a small team while managing external agencies and suppliers

Qualifications for the role

Proven B2B marketing and communications experience at both strategic and operational levels, preferably in an industrial or technology-driven environment
Track record of developing strategies that drive measurable results and brand awareness
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources across multiple initiatives
Hands-on experience with content creation, digital marketing, events and media relations
Experience leading a small team and managing external agencies
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
