Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & Communications Intern/Trainee to join our Digital Marketing team in Brussels.

In this role, you will help create engaging content and support digital marketing initiatives for our German-speaking markets, primarily Germany and Austria. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with marketing experts across Europe and contributing to innovative projects that combine content, technology, and customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Create, adapt and publish content across our digital channels, including websites, campaigns, newsletters and other customer facing platforms.
• Contribute to projects that contribute to our strategic digital transformation focused on AI, automation, chatbots and customer experience innovation.
• Support projects designed to enhance digital customer journeys, self-service experiences and user engagement through smart technologies.
• Participate in website updates, content optimization and digital communication activities.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives across Germany, Austria and potentially Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Work closely with international European teams.

Who You Are

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Languages, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in German (mandatory).
• Comfortable communicating in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
• Passionate about digital marketing, content creation and emerging technologies.
• Curious about AI, customer experience and digital innovation.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
