About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to support CRM management, marketing data, prospect list building, campaign operations, reporting, and workflow optimization.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep marketing systems clean, accurate, organized, and scalable.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and support day-to-day operations across Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, prospecting tools, campaign reporting, and data management.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large amounts of CRM data, and capable of turning messy marketing processes into reliable, repeatable workflows.
What You’ll Own
Salesforce CRM & Marketing Data Management
Maintain the accuracy and reliability of marketing data inside Salesforce CRM.
You’ll:
- Audit, clean, and standardize CRM records.
- Maintain accurate lead and contact information.
- Identify and merge or resolve duplicate records.
- Standardize fields and data formatting.
- Maintain campaign attribution and source data.
- Segment records based on marketing and campaign requirements.
- Monitor CRM hygiene and proactively identify data quality issues.
- Ensure marketing data is clean and ready for campaign execution.
- Support accurate reporting across marketing and sales systems.
Prospect List Building & Data Enrichment
Build targeted B2B prospect lists using tools such as:
- ZoomInfo
- Apollo
- Similar prospecting and data-enrichment platforms
You’ll:
- Research companies and decision-makers.
- Build lists based on Ideal Customer Profile criteria.
- Validate and enrich prospect information.
- Segment prospects by:
- Industry
- Job title
- Geography
- Company size
- Campaign criteria
- Remove duplicates and inaccurate records.
- Prepare clean, campaign-ready lists.
- Support outbound marketing and lead generation initiatives.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations
Support campaign execution across platforms such as:
- Salesforce

- Similar marketing automation systems
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting email campaign setup and execution.
- Building and maintaining audience segments.
- Assisting with nurture workflows.
