About the client:

Our client is a tech-enabled global freight forwarder and end-to-end supply chain provider headquartered in Miami, FL, with over 30 years of industry expertise. Combining high-touch, white-glove logistics services with proprietary AI technology, they help international shippers track, manage, and optimize their cargo movement across ocean, air, ground, customs brokerage, and warehousing.

Role Description:

We are seeking a Marketing & RevOps Manager to design, implement, and optimize a predictable, data-driven revenue generation system. This is a hands-on managerial role focused on aligning marketing, sales, and data into one integrated system within HubSpot.

You will be responsible for building a structured lead lifecycle, managing TOFU demand generation campaigns, automating sales follow-ups, and delivering full-funnel visibility through robust reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM management, RevOps, and B2B demand generation roles.
• CRM & RevOps Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience managing HubSpot architecture, workflow automation, lead scoring, and CRM lifecycle mapping.
• Demand Generation & Campaign Management: Proven track record running top-of-funnel campaigns (LinkedIn, Email), creating landing pages, and optimizing messaging for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Demonstrated ability to align sales and marketing teams around MQL/SQL definitions and structured lead handoff workflows.
• Data & Analytics Proficiency: Hands-on experience building multi-stage funnel dashboards, tracking KPIs, and optimizing systems based on quantitative insights.
• Execution & Ownership: Ability to operate comfortably in a hands-on capacity, balancing tactical setup with system-level strategy.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Logistics Industry Experience: Previous experience working within logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding companies (preferred).
