The Opportunity

As a Marketing Advisory Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric marketing strategies
- Designing targeted marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with clients to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer experience
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform marketing insights and recommendations
- Developing and managing customer value propositions to strengthen client relationships
- Implementing digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty
- Conducting campaign performance analysis to identify business opportunities and drive transformation
- Leveraging AI-human collaboration to innovate marketing strategies and solutions
- Supporting business transformation through strategic marketing consulting and operations
- Building and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering

- Analyzing customer journeys to identify pain points and optimize touchpoints, resulting in enhanced overall customer experience and increased engagement

- Designing customer experience strategies based on segmentation insights to deliver personalized marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Marketo Engage

- Managing marketing automation workflows to streamline communications, improve campaign efficiency, and support targeted outreach across multiple channels
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency
- Utilizing analytical thinking for marketing strategy development
- Excelling in campaign performance analysis and customer needs analysis
- Developing marketing initiatives that drive customer loyalty
- Managing digital marketing and social media campaigns effectively
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity in dynamic environments

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
