The Opportunity

As a Marketing Advisory Manager (PLS, TMT, FS), you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role within our Customer Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of helping clients enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. You will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in providing consulting services focused on customer-related strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth
- Analyzing customer behavior and market trends to inform targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Guiding teams in the creation and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including social media and mobile marketing efforts
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business transformation and optimize marketing operations
- Overseeing campaign performance analysis to refine marketing strategies and improve customer loyalty
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality client solutions
- Utilizing AI fluency and digital tooling to innovate and enhance marketing consulting services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support customer needs analysis and relationship management
- Encouraging a culture of inclusion and embracing change to foster a dynamic and adaptive work environment
- Confirming the alignment of marketing initiatives with client expectations and business objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering

- Leading comprehensive customer journey analysis to uncover insights, drive improvements in touchpoints, and elevate overall customer experience and engagement

- Developing and overseeing customer experience strategies informed by segmentation to deliver highly personalized marketing campaigns utilizing Adobe Campaign and Adobe Marketo Engage

- Directing marketing automation initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance campaign performance, and ensure targeted, multi-channel customer communications
- Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration in marketing strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking for campaign performance analysis and optimization
- Excelling in customer relationship management and loyalty initiatives
- Developing marketing strategies tailored to target audiences and industry trends
- Embracing change and innovation in digital marketing and merchandising
- Leading teams in marketing consulting and business transformation projects

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
