To enhance our Commercial Excellence Department at our Vienna site, we are seeking a dedicated Market & Consumer Insights Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

In this position, you will strengthen market, customer and consumer centricity across the group by generating and translating actionable insights from customer feedback, market research and trend analysis. You will play a key role in informing strategic decisions, supporting go-to-market initiatives and contributing to sustainable commercial growth.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key market, consumer and industry trends contributing to foresight by highlighting relevant implications to support strategic discussions and future growth opportunities
• Design and further develop customer feedback and research approaches (e.g. customer surveys) as a key source of insights and driver for continuous improvement across the group
• Analyze market, customer and competitive dynamics across divisions and consolidate insights into clear, decision‑relevant perspectives at group level
• Act as a central interface for market and consumer insights, connecting divisional teams, Group Commercial Excellence and external partners
• Derive actionable recommendations for strategy, value propositions, segmentation and go‑to‑market approaches
• Manage relationships with external data providers and research partners, including vendor selection, contracts and performance management
• Contribute to innovation validation, market sizing and product‑market fit analyses
• Develop and maintain structured insight outputs (e.g. key analyses, reports, dashboards) to support senior management and commercial functions
• Contribute to the integration of market and consumer insights with internal commercial data (e.g. CRM, sales and pricing), over time building a more holistic and connected view on customers, markets and performance

Your profile

• Completed higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Commercial Excellence, Strategy Consulting or a comparable analytical role
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market, customer and consumer data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience with market research methods, customer surveys and insight generation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
