As a Market Access Consultant - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in customer pricing and profitability, analyzing pricing models and assessing customer profitability. You will offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be exposed to clients, developing meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow and deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Assessing pricing models and customer profitability to optimize pricing strategies and improve profitability
- Offering guidance and support to clients in implementing effective pricing strategies and maximizing customer value
- Utilizing analytical thinking and market trends to inform pricing and profitability analysis
- Conducting price verification and performance analysis to support profitable growth initiatives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align customer strategies with business transformation goals
- Monitoring sales and promotional pricing to validate alignment with revenue maximization objectives
- Leveraging pricing software and psychological pricing techniques to enhance customer value propositions

What You Must Have

MBA preferred but not required; candidates with strong academic backgrounds in business, engineering, economics, or data sciences are encouraged to apply

Advanced degree in health economics, pharmacoeconomics, or a related field is a plus

Additional Information

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in pricing strategy, market access, or related consulting work; prior experience with pharmaceutical companies or top-tier consulting firms is highly desirable

Market Access & GTN Delivery

Develop and validate list-to-net waterfall simulations, accrual true-ups, and price realization analyses

Support financial modeling and variance analysis to identify value leakage and recommend improvements

Analytics & Technology

Competence in analytical tools, data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and relevant programming languages (preferred)

Familiarity with data integrations, model governance, and access controls across GTN and ERP systems

Delivery & Collaboration

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work across functions and geographies; comfortable in ambiguous and changing contexts

Cultivate self-awareness through feedback and reflection; apply critical thinking to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
