About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Test Engineer to support NPI, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing operations. In this role, you will work closely with OSAT and foundry partners to improve yield, quality, cycle time, and cost while ensuring manufacturing readiness and operational excellence. Success requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data analytics to support operational decision-making.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality, yield, and delivery issues.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase throughput, reduce cycle time, and optimize manufacturing performance.
  • Monitor WIP, cycle time, and key manufacturing metrics to ensure efficient execution.
  • Support program management activities, including planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain product documentation, qualification reports, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Communicate technical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor NPI, product engineering, manufacturing test, or operations.
  • Strong experience with electrical test, yield, reliability, and manufacturing data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Python, SQL, JMP, Excel, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, and other problem-solving methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience working with foundries, OSATs, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, qualification, and production ramp processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Self-driven team player who can effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
